PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, WHY?

YOU GOTTA STAY SHARP, HELPS REACTION, YOUR TIMING AND FEEL FOR HE ENVIRONMENT AROUND YOU.  WE DON'T WAKE UP ARE NOT BORN WITH SKILLS,
YOU HONE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS BY TRAINING DAILY.  IS 1 HOUR ONCE A
WEEK ENOUGH ? NO,  IT WILL TAKE YOU MULTIPLE LIFETIMES TO REACH YOUR GOAL OF PLAYING AT A CONSISTENT LEVEL. AS THEIR ARE MANY HEIGHTS AND
LEVELS TO TENNIS.

IF YOUR LEVEL IS 2.5 AND YOUR GOAL TO REACH 3.0-3.5 TAKING LESSONS IS
THE FIRST STEP THE 2ND STEP IS TO PRACTICE WHAT YOU LEARN WITH SOMEONE OF THE SAME ABILITY OR BETTER 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK.  THE 3RD
STEP IS TO JOIN ONE OF THE FLEX LEAGUE'S AND PUT YOUR SKILLS TO THE
TEST.  THIS IS WHERE IS GAIN EXPERIENCE AS THE PRESSURE OF PLAYING DIFFERENT PLAYERS IS CHALLENGING AS EACH PLAYER BRINGS SOMETHING SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. SO LESSONS, PRACTICE A FEW TIMES EACH WEEK
THEN A WEEKLY MATCH YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF HONING YOUR SKILLS AND WITH SOME OFF COURT WORK SUCH AS JOGGING OR BRISK WALKING, CYCLING
AND EVEN SOME CARDIO WORK WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR STAMINA.
NO MATTER WHAT LEVEL YOU PLAY THE ONLY WAY TO GET BETTER IS TO HAVE A SYSTEM, SET SMALL GOALS FOR YOURSELF AND PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
