JUMPING ROPE SAVED MY LIFE,  I DO JOG BUT FOR ME JOGGING TAKES TIME.  I KNOW, I KNOW IT BUILDS UP ENDURANCE, YOU ARE RIGHT!  IT TAKES MY TIME.
MANY OF US DON'T HAVE THIS LUXURY! SO WHAT IS A GOOD FIT?  JUMPING ROPE.  IT HELPS GET THE HEART PUMPING, YOU'RE MOVING YOUR FEET, ARMS
ARE INVOLVED, INHALING & EXHALING, YEAH A VIGOROUS WORKOUT IN JUST 10 MINUTES COMPARED TO 30 MINUTES OF POUNDING ON THE CONCRETE SLAB! I AM
NOT SUBSTITUTING THIS BUT YOU DEVELOP QUICK FEET FOR TENNIS AS WE
MOVE WITH SHORT BRIEF, CHOPPY STEPS WHILE MOVING TO THE BALL. YOU WILL FIND WHAT YOU ARE MADE OF WHEN YOU START AS THE HEART WILL LET YOU KNOW.  EVENTUALLY YOU WILL HAVE A STUDY MOTION, YOUR BREATHING WILL BE CONTROLLED AND YOUR PACE WILL LENGTHEN.
START OFF WITH
30' SECOND INTERVALS REST FOR 10 SECONDS 4 SETS OF THIS UNTIL YOU BUILD
UP TO 1 MINUTE INTERVALS THEN 2, 3, 4, MINUTE INTERVALS EVEN IF YOU STOP TRY TO MAINTAIN AND BUILD ON WHERE YOU LEFT AT.

KEEP A DAILY RECORD THIS WILL MOTIVATE YOU TO REACH YOUR GOALS.
AS YOU ACHIEVE THIS GOAL YOU WILL SEE POUNDS FLY, GAIN GREATER STAMINA

What a great fitness tips man! As a fitness aware person I know how vital jumping rope for us. I would like to do jumping rope 20 times per day as well. Thanks

The best thing to do is to stay active and jumping rope does the trick for me, as all you need is a rope and little space.
