FAT BURNING TIPS!

GET READY FOR THE CHANGE OF SEASONS.  DON'T GET LAZY! WHAT CAN YOU DO IF YOU DON'T PLAY IN THE LEAGUES?  WORK ON YOUR GAME, GO TO THE GYM,
CARDIO TENNIS, OR WALK BRISKLY, RUN, (ON GRASS) OR TRACK. SWIMMING IS GREAT FOR THE WHOLE BODY AND MIND AND IT IS REFRESHING!  WORK ON YOUR BACK STROKE, BREAST STROKE, OR BUTTERFLY!  IN THE WINTER WE PICK UP THE MOST KILOS SO WATCH YOUR CARB AND CALORIE CONTENT.  I STILL THINK THAT
JUMPING ROPE IS THE BEST AS JOGGING THE POUNDING ON THE PAVEMENT CAN TAKE IT'S TOLL. TRY IT FOR 20 TO 30 SECOND INTERVALS FOR 10 MINUTES AND IN WEEKS YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE!  BELIEVE ME IT WORKS!

GET A PEDOMETER AND WALK QUICKLY FOR 2200 STEPS = 1 MILE 15 MINUTES,
PUMP YOUR ARMS AND MOVE.  TRY TO SHAVE OFF TIME EACH WEEK DON'T KILL YOURSELF!  KEEP A CHART OF YOUR ACTIVITIES WILL KEEP YOU MOTIVATED TO OUTDO YOURSELF!  NEVER GIVE UP! 

FIND 6 TO 10 STEPS GO UP AND DOWN SET  OF 10, 10X 6 = 60 MAYBE TRY 2 SETS AND BUILD UP TO 10 THEN YOU CAN DO 600 STEPS AND SO ON!  ADD DUMB BELLS IF YOU LIKE AND WORK UP A GOOD SWEAT!

GOT A STATIONERY BIKE OR A REGULAR BIKE.  START WITH 15 MINUTES 5 MINUTES PER MILE WITH 90 TO 100 RPM'S SHOULD GET YOU GOING.  START AT WHERE YOU LIKE BUT MAKE IT CHALLENGING!
