FEDERER "NO MATCH, NO RIVALRY FOR NADAL"

IT WAS NOT THE THRILLER IN MANILA, OR THE RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE!  WE WANTED IT TO BE!  RAFA A JUNIOR BY 6 YEARS TO ROGER DISPLAYED AN ARSENAL NEVER SEEN BEFORE, THOUGH INJURED WITH A BLISTER THE SIZE OF A QUARTER TOOK HIS CHANCES.  FEDERER WENT BACK TO THE SLICE AND SOME TOP-SPIN WITH THE ONE HAND BUT RAFA IS JUST TO STRONG FROM ALL ANGLES, ANYWHERE ON THE COURT WHERE AT ONE POINT HE HIT 12 WINNERS!  I'M SORRY THIS WAS NO RIVAL RAFA NOW 23 - 10 AGAINST FEDERER, IT SEEMS AS THOUGH ROGER WAS THE INJURED FOE.  MENTALLY NADAL HAS HIS NUMBER!  ROGER PLAYED GREAT UP UNTIL THE SECOND SET WHERE THE 1ST SET THAT WENT TO A TIE-BREAK AND ROGER WENT TOE TO TOE ON SOME RALLIES BUT FAILED TO DELIVER CRUCIAL POINTS, HE ATTACKED AND NADAL DELIVERED. THE FIRST SET WENT 59 MINUTES. FEDERER WENT 11/17 AT THE NET.

IN THE SECOND SET HE WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE, NO 1ST SERVES, DID NOT ATTACK, NADAL PENETRATED FEDERER'S BACKHAND LIKE ALI DOMINATED THE RING IN HIS TIME! WITH 72 0/0 1ST SERVES 74 0/0 1ST SERVES WON AND WINNING 76 0/0 OF SECOND SERVES, THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT! THE ANGLES HE HIT MAY HAVE SOMEONE ELSE JUST WALK AWAY AND THROW IN THE TOWEL.
EVERY TIME ROGER TRIED RAFA WOULD GO BIG AGAIN.  THE SERVE SPEED FOR NADAL WAS 123 AND FEDERER 126.  AFTER THE BREAK IN THE SECOND SET IT WAS OVER.

WHAT GOT HIM HERE TO THE SEMI'S WAS A GREAT FIRST SERVE, HE FLATTENED THE BALL OUT IN THE TRANSITIONAL PART OF THE COURT.  HE MOVED WITH PRECISION LIKE A SURGEON!  SAW NONE OF THIS IN THE 2ND & 3RD SET!  HIS MOVEMENT WAS A STEP OR 2 TWO BEHIND AS RAFA WAS IN CHARGE OF THE COURT.  IF HE TOOK ANY BALL ON AN ANGLE AND CUT THE ANGLES OFF, THIS GIVES YOU MORE POP ON HIS STROKE.  CONFIDENCE WAS KEY AS THE MATCH CONTINUED IT BROUGHT BACK MEMORIES ND THIS DISTROYED THE HOMECOMING
AS WE ALL HAD HIGH HOPES FOR ROGER WHO LAST DEFEATED NADAL AT WIMBLEDON IN 2007. ROGER DID NOT KNOW THAT RAFA HAS WON 136 MATCHES WHEN UP 2 SETS TO LOVE.  SO IN NADAL'S EYES THEIR WAS NO LOSING INSIGHT. THIS IS NADAL'S 6 STRAIGHT GRAND SLAM WIN OVER ROGER AND HE'S 9-2 OVER ALL AGAINST ROGER. WITH RAFA'S 28 WINNERS, 9 OFF THE BACKHAND,
WITH ROGER' S 2 BACKHAND WINNERS AND 50 ERRORS YOU JUST CAN'T SHOW UP THINKING YOU CAN WIN BY HOPING FOR SOME MISTAKES FROM THE TO BE GREATEST ATHLETE OF ALL TIME IN THIS TENNIS ERA! YES, 4 MORE SLAMS HE WILL PASS THE GREAT ROGER FEDERER WHO IS THE GREATEST NOW!  BUT RAFA WILL PROBALY WIN THE PLAY AT LEAST 2 MORE TIMES AND A HANDFUL OF THE OTHER 3 WITHIN THE NEXT 2 YEARS.  BECAUSE "THE THRILLER IN AUSTRALIA IS OVER".  YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME WITH A LOSING RECORD AGAINST ANYONE EVEN IF YOU HAVE WON MORE GRAND SLAMS.
THAT'S IN MY BOOK!

ROGER IS MY MAN AS HE IS GRACEFUL, WELL RESPECTED AND WAS THE BEST FOR IS LONG TIME.  HE IS NOT THE "EL TORO" A WOUNDED ANIMAL IS A DANGEROUS ONE...  IF DJOKOVIC CAN CATCH UP HE COULD BE THE CLOSEST TO CATCH RAFA OF FEDERER.  THESE 3 AMIGOS BRING THEIR BEST BUT ABOVE ALL RAFA FOR NOW IS SIMPLY THE BEST!  PROVE ME WRONG.  WELL THIS FINAL COULD BE A BUST IF WAWRINKA PLAYS THE WAY HIS PAST SHOWS.  HE HAS NOT EVEN WON A SET OFF OF NADAL.  RAFA HAS HIS NUMBER 12-0! THIS MAY CHANGE, GIVE THIS MAN A CHANCE HE'S "THE UNDERDOG"  HE HITS MORE FLAT, CAN STROKE WITH RAFA, CAN SERVE BIG AND DESERVES A BREAK TODAY RAFA!  I THINK HE'S READY, HIS BACKHAND HAS MORE JUICE AND MORE POP!  HE HAS NOTHING TO LOSE.  PLEASE LET'S THIS GO TO 5 STANISLAS.  REMEMBER I HAVE TO GET UP AT 3:30 EST.  RAFA GIVES NO BREAKS AND TAKES NO PRISONERS!
GET THE COFFEE BREWING THIS WILL BE A GREAT MATCH...
