BALANCE, STRONG LEGS AND CONFIDENCE NEEDED TO THE ON CLAY!

IMAGINE WATER SKING, SNOW SKING, THE MANY MUSCLES USED TO STAY UP ON YOUR SKIS.  THE BALANCE YOU NEED TO STAY UPRIGHT AND GLIDE THROUGH THE SNOW OR WATER. WELL ON THE RED STUFF YOU NEED SOME RIDGES UNDERNEATH YOUR TENNIS SHOES TO SLIDE AND MAKE QUICK STARTS AND STOPS.  RIGOROUS WORKOUTS WITH THE LEGS ARE NEEDED.  A SLIDE BOARD THAT THEY USE FOR SPEED SKATERS IS ONE THAT I THINK ABOUT. I ALSO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SPEND 60 TO 70% ON LEG DEVELOPMENT. AS RALLIES ARE SOMEWHAT LONGER BECAUSE OF THE SLIDING , THE TWISTING AND TURNING OF LIGAMENTS, ANKLES, HAMSTRINGS.USED.  IT ALSO REQUIRES STRETCHING BEFORE AND AFTER.  NOVAK DJOKOVIC IS KNOWN FOR HIS PRE-GAME WARMUPS OF A FEW HOURS DAILY WITHOUT USING ANY WEIGHTS.  TRY USING THE MANY VARIETY OF ELASTIC BANDS WITH DIFFERENT STRENGTHS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR TRAINING. THE USE OF THE MOBIL LADDER IS ANOTHER SOURCE.  USING 1ONE LEG GOING SIDEWAYS. HOP THROUGH THE LADDER UNTIL THE END AND RETURN WITH OPPOSITE LEG FOR THE RETURN. YOU CAN SKIP, DO CROSSOVERS, SLIDE AND CROSSOVER ADVANCING TO THE NEXT LADDER OR CREATE YOUR OWN. SLIDING IS AN ART SO ANTICIPATING AND QUICKNESS IS VERY IMPORTANT. STACK 4 BALLS IN LIKE A PYRAMID.  START WITH 10 FT AWAY, THEN 15 FT, 
20 FT AND SO ON!  YOU WILL GET RESULTS.
