CORIC, SHAPOVALOV, POUILLE, THRILLS THE CROWDS WHILE KYRGIOS, KARLOVIC CRASH AT THE U.S. OPEN

THE TH SEED BORNA CORIC OF CROATIA TOOK DOWN THE 4TH SEED ALEXANDER ZVEREV A TOP 10 PLAYER SAW HIS RUN END IN THE SECOND ROUND THOUGH HE WENT TO THE FINALS IN CINCINNATI IN 4 SETS 3-6, 7-5, 7-6(1), 7-6(4). CORIC HAS SHOWN GREAT PROMISE BUT FADED AWAY OVER THE LAST YEAR.  A DANGEROUS PLAYER DID HIS HOMEWORK LAST NIGHT. HIS RECORD IS STILL UNBEATEN AS HE WON TWICE AGAINST THE RUSSIAN BORN FROM GERMAN PLAYER.  BORNA DOES NOT PLAY LIKE A 61 RANKED PLAYER.  THIS MATCH HE WILL REGAIN HIS CONFIDENCE AND KEEP MOVING FORWARD.  HE IS ONE OF THE NEXT GEN FELLAS. THE CALM CORIC WAS DOWN 5-6 IN THE FORTH SET FORCED A TIE BREAK WITH FIVE AMAZING POINTS.  ZVEREV HAD 12 BREAK POINTS BUT HAD NO RHYTHM  HIT A FOREHAND LONG TO LOSE THE MATCH.  HIS BROTHER FAIRED BETTER MISHA WON OVER BENOIT PAIRE 6-3, 6-2, 3-6, 6-7(3), 7-5.

THE YOUNG 18 YEAR OLD CANADIAN DENIS SHAPOVALOV HAS STYLE, FLAIR AND CAN BALL.  HE SHOCKED THE VETERAN JO-WILFRIED TSONGA 6-4, 6-4, 7-6(3).
THIS KID LAYS IT OUT THEIR!  NO FEAR AT ALL HE JUST PUTS A DENT IN THE BALL.  HE WILL BE A MOVER IN A SHORT TIME.  TSONGA HAD NO ANSWERS FOR THE STUD.  WHEN HE DECIDED TO PLAY IT WAS JEU SET ET MATCH! WATCH OUT FANS THE NEXT AGASSI HAS ARRIVED "IMAGE IS EVERYTHING".

NEVER GIVE UP! THE OTHER FRENCHMAN WOULD NOT GO DOWN EASY IN THIS 3:27 EPIC MATCH AGAINST ANOTHER NEXT GEN AMERICAN JARED DONALDSON.
NO WEAPONS BARRED!  THE GLADIATORS WERE PREPARED TO GO THE DISTANCE WITH POUILLE PREVAILING 7-5, 6-4, 4-6, 3-6, 6-4.  DONALDSON RALLIED FROM TWO SETS DOWN WITH THE CROWD ON HIS SIDE BUT THE FRENCHMAN MUST HAVE PLAYED WITH EAR PLUGS BECAUSE HE IGNORED THE NOISE DEFUSED THE CROWD AND WENT ON TO WIN!

KYRGIOUS BETTER CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE BEFORE HE CRASHES BECAUSE FELLOW AUSSIE JOHN MILLMAN GOT GAME AND NAILED 17 ACES IN THE COFFIN TO SEAL THE DEAL SAVING 4 OF 14 BREAK POINTS WINNING 6-3, 1-6, 6-4, 6-1 OVER THE GROUCHY GUY FROM DOWN UNDER.  THE KID HAS STUNNING TALENT BUT NEEDS A SERIOUS PEP TALK MAYBE FROM ROGER THE GREAT OR RAFA THE GREAT!

IVO KARLOVIC THE ACE KING HAD 46 ACES AGAINST QUALIFIER BJORN FRATANGELO WHO STATED "THE TRAJECTORY IS RIDICULOUS"!  YOU HAVE TO GUESS RIGHT EVERY TIME TAKE IT EARLY. HE WON IN 4 SETS 7-6(2), 6-4, 3-6, 7-6(4) IN THREE HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES.  HOPE HE HAS ENERGY FOR HIS NEXT MATCH!
